02/04/2026***UNOCCUPIED STRUCTURES--NOT AN EMERGENCY***SLC homeowner had work several months ago done at unit A of her duplex. We pulled the permit and had it inspected but homeowner was confused that gas wasnt able to be turned back on after it passed. She found out that we needed to do another gas test/ inspection on Unit B as well since they are two different residences. Went out inspected and tested the gas line and found no leaks. Would like to expedite if possible due to no gas in the home- therefore no heat.
EV charger installation... Run EV circuit from exterior 200-amp main panel on rear right-side wall. Install surface mounted conduit along exterior right-side None wall and enter garage route conductors to front interior right side garage wall left of irrigation controls and hardwired GM power Shift charger The charger will be installed on a 60-amp circuit and will draw up to 48 continuous.
