City of Borger Downtown Revitalization Streetscape Improvements Project is a Renovation/Alteration project located at Main St. from 4th Ave. to 8th Ave., Borger, TX 79008 in Borger, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $400K covering 12,500 sq ft. City of Borger is the property owner and Parkhill is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on December 21, 2022.
Work consists of removing and replacing various sidewalks, concrete steps and ramps, curb and gutter, and associated appurtenances as indicated in the Contract Documents
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
