IR and Garage conversion - complete interor renovation with removal and relocation of interior walls. Exterior alterations to allow for the addition of new windows on the west (side) and south (rear) of the structure. Garage door will be converted to window. Front and back doors will be replaced. Conversion of garage area to living storage and utility room. A full interior remodel is also proposed
