Replacement of an existing water heater 40gal gas tank
Remove and haul off existing water heater and vent pipe. Install new Navien 240NRNPE natural gas tankless water heater in attic with pan drain and relief line. Run new P.V.C. vent from water heater thru existing flashing on roof. Upsize 1/2 gas out let to 3/4 and move to attic. 110V electrical outlet to be provided by homeowner.
