Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work We are replacing an air handler and a condenser unit of the HVAC system located in the storage room located in the lobby area. The indoor unit is suspended near the ceiling. We will replace the unit and plenum boxes. The ductwork remains as is.
