5ft wide sidewalk along north side of S. 14th St. from Pioneer Dr to Barrow St. Pedestrian improve, crosswalks, pedestrian signal heads, traffic island, curb ramps, pedestrian bridges over Catclaw Creek, Elm Creek. Well-worn path will tie in.
