Outdoor shower in backyard stall will be approx 4ft x 7ft x 7 ft tall so about 30 sq ft in area. Pan drain will be connected so gray water goes to large perforated pvc pipe over french drain. Shower water will come from two existing outside spigots connected using washer/dryer protected/braided hoses and will be disconnected and drained over winter freezes. I have verbally cleared the gray water to french drain with Residential Building Inspections that my property is not in a gray water restricted area so it is okay. Also verbally cleared with Residential Zoning Department -- both departments informed me I only need a Standalone Residential Permit since I am the homeowner.
