Customer had a four tags 1 four water heater gas line leaking removed any rusted fittings and replaced it with new black iron fittings. Fireplace was leaking as well that was tagged There was a copper line feeding fireplace trace that back into the furnace closet using a half inch nipple and a half inch cap. i capped off Tee that was feeding copper gas line. Put the whole house on test at meter using a 1 inch bell reducer to three-quarter put the pressure at 15 psi it held for 20 minutes pulling inspection for job as well to ensure there are no leaks on the system.
New construction two-unit use single-family residential 1-story studio with 1 bath and covered front porch.
