📋Scope of Work
This 90' x 50' metal building will be used for commercial purposes. The main area will be offices, workspace, and inventory. There will be space above the rooms to use for storage only.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Installation of sewer yard line and grinder pump.
Whole house repipe as well as installing a tankless gas water heater to replace current one
Install Honeywell Generator and Automatic Transfer switch. wiring will be run from meter socket to the new transfer switch then generator then to 200 amp main breaker panel
Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work
