Project Fig is a Additions to Existing Building project located at 300 S Sunrise Road, Wilmer, TX 75172 in Wilmer, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $20.0M covering 60,000 sq ft. Stream Data Centers is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on November 29, 2023.
Scope designed to date includes core & shell which consists of an office area, MNRs, first data hall, and all associated infrastructure. This phase will include adding critical & non-critical power and cooling for the second and third 5MW data halls.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
