San Antonio Zoo Event & Staff Support is a New Construction project located at 834 E. Hildebrand Avenue 3903 N St Mary’s Street, San Antonio, TX 78212 in San Antonio, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $12.0M covering 27,500 sq ft. San Antonio Zoo is the property owner and PGAV Destinations is the design firm of record. The Zoo will create a new event space that will sit on top of a limestone quarry wall and overlook the new gorilla exhibit and the existing lion exhibit below. The building will also include staff support office spaces and a commercial kitchen.
