Installation of new generator concrete pad bollards and chain link fence enclosure.
New construction of a 1-Story Single Family Res. [3 bed 2.5 bath] with Attached/Detached Garage covered patio.
EV Charger Install: Install a new 50 amp circuit in the 125 amp MSP and route wiring directly behind the main panel. install the NEMA 14-50 on the right interior garage wall and configure the charger to draw up to 40 amp continuous.
Trenched out side and tied onto existing main 1 1/4 pvc line in yard. Trenched across to front of garage on side of home and drive way. Ran new 1 pex water line into garage into floor case between second floor. Ran all new pex water lines to every single fixture in home. For second floor of home ran water lines up chase in wall to second story attic dropped water lines from attic. At each toilet and lavatory since we installed new quarter turn emergency shut off valves new stainless water supply lines and chrome trim rings. Installed new washer machine box and ice maker box. Also installed two lines for out door spigots and installed new hose bibs. And new 3/4 stainless water supply lines with shut off valve on water heater. All new water lines were strapped and secured. After all work was completed performed pressure test on new system and insured pressure test held and no leaks were present at the time of completion. 10408 Charette Cove Austin TX 78759
