Taylor High School Track & Field Replacement is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 7555 Howell Sugar Land Rd., Houston, TX 77083 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $2.5M covering 156,100 sq ft. Alief ISD is the property owner and BRW Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 12, 2024.
Repaving the track surface, existing foundation to stay. New "D Zones" with track surface. Field replacement with syntenic turf system with new drainage system. Northern long jump will be resurfaced. Existing sand long jump pit will remain.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
