With this option we will be tunneling underneath the outside of the home to gain access 3x3 access . The tunnel has already been dug and exposed but the previous tunnel crew has covered up just the entrance hole in order to stop water from filling up underneath the home. We will excavate an access hole located approximately around the window and AC unit on the right hand side of the house. Then we will have access from the existing tunnel to go about 10 foot into the home underneath and access The 4 inch combo fitting that is broken. Once we make a repair on the broken fitting we will perform a hydrostatic test to ensure there are no other additional leaks. This does not include backfill of the pre existing tunnel. Engineer report will be provided unless customer intends to take care of that separately as well as city permit and inspection. If we do find another break on the line or additional work is needed this will require a separate charge.
