📋Scope of Work

We have a hardscape modifications project off of Broadway near the Pearl. TxDOT is currently widening the street therefore we have to add a ped ramp and bring public ADA access into the site while reconnecting them back to the ROW at Pearl Pkwy.

Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
