9,599 SF of 4" sidewalk, 17,001 SF of 5" concrete paved parking lot, and 73,771 SF of 5" thick post-tensioned slabs for tennis courts. Install 2,160 LF of 10' black vinyl coated chain link fence. Install new LSI lighting system for tennis courts.
