UMB Dallas Office Renovation is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 5950 Berkshire Lane 16th Floor, Dallas, TX 75225 in Dallas, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $610K covering 9,000 sq ft. FHF I Berkshire Tower LLC is the property owner and Fox Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 26, 2024.
The project consists of interior renovation of entire 16h floor area ( 9,000 +/- SF). The interior of existing space is already cleared out and only new work is to occur. The space will include offices, conference rooms and break area.
