APM Rehabilitation Phase 1 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 2800 North Terminal Road, Houston, TX 77032 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $14.5M covering 300,000 sq ft. Houston Airport System is the property owner and AtkinsRealis is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on February 17, 2025.
Structure rehabilitation of about 1.2 miles in track length, connecting Terminal A to Terminal D/E as well as terminals repairs.
