Downing Street Project Phase I is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1800 N. Downing in Angleton, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.5M covering 12,300 sq ft. Angleton Independent School District is the property owner and PBK Architects is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on February 25, 2025.
Demolition of select existing facilities, excavation, capping of utilities to remain in place, and new parking for facilities existing to remain.
