Express - Remove and dispose of existing roof covering and exterior siding. Re-roof 1300sqft using metal roofing over new synthetic underlayment. Re-side 1000 sqft with James Hardie fiber-cement siding over OSB sheathing. Total Project Scope includes like for like exterior weatherproofing with no structural wall relocations or changes to building footprint.
Install Irrigation System
Interior Remodel - renovating the interior of the home to be an open format floor plan with the removal of the central wall. New drywall to be installed and patched in areas exceeding 120 linear feet plumbing fixtures moved from south wall to north wall in primary bathroom window replacement like for like in the entire home and a french door to window change in the primary bedroom (egress area but with no change to width). Gas line to shift from the west to south wall of the kitchen. Attached carport and wood deck to be removed.
