QTS Dallas I, LLC is the property owner and Highland Associates is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 10, 2025.
New two (2) story Data Center building approximately 470,000 SF. Building will house data center space on both floors with a small administration/business space to support the data center.
