ISGH @ Champion is a New Construction project located at 16700 Old Louetta Road in Spring, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $4.0M covering 24,500 sq ft. Islamic Society of Greater Houston is the property owner and Habitat Engineering & Design LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 10, 2025.
Addition of a two story school building on the existing facility. The existing facility consists of a Mosque, Multipurpose Hall, and School. The relevant site development work i/c parking lot, utility lines etc. will also be part of this project.
