Covenant Cardiology Associates is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 3710 21ST Street, in Lubbock, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $500K covering 1,380 sq ft. Covenant Health System is the property owner and WCA Design Studio, LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 18, 2025.
The existing space is being modified to allow for the installation of a new CT/PET scanner. A new opening is going to be created to allow the machine to be installed. Upon completion the opening will be filled in with a window.
