Upgrade of existing overhead electrical service to 120/240 volt 350 amps single phase. Service has been thru design and I have an approved ESPA.
Installation of a gas line stub-out for your propane tank installer. Our work include running a 1-inch gas line in the attic to facilitate a gas manifold for future connections. Additionally we will extend the gas line from the stub-out to accommodate a fire pit and a gas BBQ grill.
