The Board Game Vault is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 2064 Central Plaza in New Braunfels, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $300K covering 1,485 sq ft. Alesha Cribb is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on June 11, 2025.
We are enclosing the open air area between the original open air bar and the pavilion, to include 12' of the pavilion in the interior space.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
