The project has an estimated value of $7.2M covering 42,000 sq ft. RWB Industrial Park, LLC is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on June 27, 2025.
Phase 1 includes full site and infrastructure development for the entire project. It also includes construction of six shell-only warehouse buildings totaling 42,000 SF. Tenant improvements will be completed separately.
