New 3T MRI Suite is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 700 Scott & White Dr., College Station, TX 77845 in College Station, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $1.2M covering 1,200 sq ft. Baylor Scott & White Health is the property owner and BSA Design is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 3, 2025.
Existing shell space buildout for a new 3T MRI imaging suite to contain a control room, code required holding area and equipment room. New mechanical and shielding will be required for the MRI.
