Irion County ISD New Elementary School & Library Addition is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 302 North 3rd Street in Mertzon, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $23.3M covering 35,928 sq ft. Irion County ISD is the property owner and Parkhill (Glenn Grant) mm is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on July 7, 2025.
Addition of Classrooms and support spaces including administrative offices to existing Elementary building, addition of Elementary Gym, addition of New Library for K-12 use, and improvements to adjacent Landscape.
