At 14513 Mowsbury Dr Austin TX 78717 we plan to install a new code-compliant in-ground irrigation system designed and supervised by a TCEQ-licensed irrigator (License LI0030033). The system will connect to the City water supply with a tested DCV backflow preventer and a master valve and will be divided into properly sized zones for turf shrub beds and individual trees using a mix of high-efficiency MP rotors and drip emitters. PVC main and lateral lines will be buried to required depth wired through conduit. A WiFi compatible controller with rain sensor will automatically adjust watering schedules to meet Austin Water conservation standards avoiding overspray and runoff. Zone layout precipitation rates and run times are based on site hydraulics and plant needs and all components will be installed to meet or exceed City of Austin and TCEQ irrigation rules. Upon completion the system will be inspected the backflow device tested by a certified BPAT tester and the homeowner instructed in controller operation and seasonal maintenance.
