Indian Culture Center is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1710 N Major in Beaumont, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $500K covering 2,800 sq ft. Indian Association of Southeast Texas is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on August 22, 2025.
Replace existing building with pre-engineering metal building with an addition to the front. Existing bathroom and kitchen will remain.
