High School CTE Addition is a Additions to Existing Building project located at 1000 East Tommy Thompson Street in Kermit, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $7.5M covering 18,000 sq ft. Kermit ISD is the property owner and Parkhill (EY) is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on August 25, 2025.
Addition to include: Vet Tech Lab and Classroom, CNA Lab and Classroom, New Athletic area including new Locker room, offices, concession stand and Restrooms. Renovations to the existing Welding building to include classrooms and lab.
