YOSA Octagon Room Floor Infill is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 802 Oblate Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $150K covering 50,432 sq ft. Youth Orchestras of San Antonio is the property owner. The project was registered with TDLR on November 18, 2025.
Replace existing wood floor with concrete, includes selective demo of finish floor assembly over existing concrete foundation in the existing octagon area. the total area of 2409 sf will receive a 4" LWC concrete infill slab over structural foam.
