These breaks are all for the master bathroom. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole at the right side of the house. - Then tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 15 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional tunneling or beam penetration is needed a supplemented estimate will be provided.
