After many years, they finally demoed the two structures on site under residential demo permits; however, new construction never began. This site will now be tracked via the ECV child until compliant and fully restored. There's still a small amount of fiscal held that the site rep can request once the EV enforcement officer declares that the site has been fully restored. The applicant is proposing Multi-family housing with associated parking, driveways, utilities and associated improvements.
