The site location is confirmed. I emailed @Barton-Holmes, Christine because this one is unique. I told CBH that I am hesitant to close the SP folder given a massive positive balance. IĀæm deferring to CBH as to whether this SP is closable. The applicant is proposing new construction of a boutique hotel with valet parking only with associated improvements.
