12/8/2025 DFD Inspector RLR conducted a 17-pt closure review on this site and has confirmed that this folder may be closed and fiscal released. The July 10, 2025 aerial image confirms not started. The site location is confirmed. I emailed @Barton-Holmes, Christine because this one is unique. I told CBH that I am hesitant to close the SP folder given a massive positive balance.
