12/5/2025 DFD Inspector SMS conducted 14-point closure review and found no reason to keep the EV folder alive. SP expired - no clear indication that work ever took place. Per ES notes ¿ July 2023 ¿Got ahold of the developer/owner. Mark with Tivoli Homes: 512-876-1897 - He is having issues with AWU. Right now the cost of the project is not worth doing it. told him the permit expires in 2024 so he will need to figure it out by then. Also told him to let me know if they sell it.¿ The applicant is proposing to extend utility line.
