Bids for the above project will only be accepted from contractors when submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department using the online Bid Portal hosted by Trimble.

The Texas Parks andWildlife Department will host a pre-bid conference at 1:30 PM CST, May 20,2025.

Although the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, biddersare strongly encouraged to attend as important information regarding bidsubmittal requirements and an overview of the Project will be discussed.Failure to give proper consideration to conditions when preparing the bid willnot constitute grounds for additional compensation.

A visit to the project site is not mandatory, however, TPWD stronglyencourages potential bidders to view the project site and offers no guaranteethat the project site will be accessible to potential bidders at any time otherthan the time specified in this solicitation.

The site visit dateand time has been set up for May 21, 2025, at 10:30 AM CST.

LakeDunlap directions from I-35 in New Braunfels, take the GuadalupeTurnaround (exit 188). The project site is near an RV Park located at 420Business Loop 35 N, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. While this address may help youwith directions, please note that it is not the exact location of the projectsite.

Project Scope: Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary for but not limited to IH-35 Boat Ramp Replacement at Lake Dunlaplocated in Comal County, Texas per the specifications provided herein.

The construction cost estimate for this projectis $762,000.00 – $802,000.00.
