Bids for the above project will only be accepted fromContractors when submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department using theonline Trimble Unity Construct® Bid Portal (bid portal).

Bid Due Date: Bids will be accepted in the bid portal by theContracting Branch, Infrastructure Division until 2:00 PM on May 22, 2025.

General Scope of Work:

A. Upgraded electrical, controls and valves for all lift stations.6 lift stations will be replaced with new concrete Wet wells and valve vaults

B. Installation of new gravity lines and force mains

C. WWTP improvements, converting 2 wetlands to aerated Lagoonsin accordance with the Invitation to Bid Documents.

The construction cost estimate for this project is$3,800,000 - $4,000,000.

Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

1. Virtual Pre-bid Conference will be held on April 23,2025, at 10:00 AM (CST). Potential Bidder must pre-register for thepre-bid meeting at the link found in the Invitation for Bid document.

2. The site visit to view the project site will be held on April 25, 2025,at 10:30AM CST at Lake Livingston State Park. Bidders shall meet at the Headquarters(HQ).

3. Virtual Public Bid Opening will be hosted one (1) hour after the bidopening deadline, which is 3:00 PM (CST) on May 22, 2025. Potential Bidder mustpre-register for the bid opening at the link found in the Invitation for Biddersdocument.
