Statewide IDIQ Electrical Construction Services

Reference No. 2025-ElectricConstructIDIQ

Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (“TPWD”) through its Infrastructure Division is soliciting proposals to establish indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (“IDIQ”) contracts for ElectricalConstruction Services. The desired electrical construction services include repairs and replacements. The services provided under awarded contracts will be on an as-needed basis for TPWD facilities located throughout the state of Texas and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. The RFP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit detailed qualifications for evaluation and ranking by TPWD.

The TPWD facilities are located in six geographic State Park Regions which are shown on a map in the RFP documents. TPWD’s goal is to award a number IDIQ contracts to firms having the capability and capacity to provide services within one or more Regions; resulting in an IDIQ program that, across all awards, can collectively service all Regions.

The IDIQ contracts will be awarded for a one-year duration with options for three 12-month extensions, for a maximum of a four-year contract.

Each Offeror responding to this RFP should be prepared and equipped, if awarded, to provide full service to the Owner in an expeditious and timely manner and on relatively short notice.

pRE-PROPOSAL MEETING via webinar: A Pre-Proposal Meeting hosted by webinar/ teleconference will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on August 7, 2025. Although attendance at the Pre-Proposal Meeting is not mandatory, Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend as important information regarding qualifications, response requirements and other details will be discussed.

The webinar will be conducted using Microsoft® Teams. Respondents may use their browser to access the meeting or a Microsoft® Teams application.
