2026-057 General Engineering Services 2026 RFQ

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: RFQ 2026-057 On-Call General Engineering Services

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

SOQs must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than June 4, 2026, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will be publicly acknowledged via video conference immediately thereafter. The video conference link is provided in solicitation documents.

Award is scheduled for October 7, 2026, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
