SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. Vendors must register to download the RFQdocuments. All addenda, etc. can only bedownloaded at the above site.

SOQ must be received no later than July 9, 2026at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediatelythereafter via Teams videoconference. Instructions are included in thesolicitation documents.

Awardis scheduled for September 1, 2026, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M. or anysubsequent time thereafter.
