The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease space to meet the requirements of the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 5,107 SF of space consisting of 4,107 SF of usable office space and 1,000 SF of warehouse space in Raymondville, Linn, or Edinburg, in Willacy or Hidalgo County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
