REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF 10,816 SF THAT CONSISTS OF 9,116 SF OF USABLE OFFICE SPACE AND 1,700 SF OF CONDITIONED WAREHOUSE SPACE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS FOR THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (HHSC)

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease space to meet the requirements of the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 10,816 SF consisting of 9,116 SF of usable office space, and 1,700 SF of conditioned warehouse in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
