The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease office space to meet the requirements of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Parole (TDCJ-PAROLE). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 6,062 SF of usable office space in the City of Brownsville, Harlingen, La Feria, Lasara, Los Fresnos, Lyford, Olmito, Port Isabel, Port Mansfield, Raymondville, Rio Hondo, San Benito, San Perlita, Santa Rosa or Sebastian located in Cameron or Willacy County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
