Aviation Engineering Services for TSTC

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement for qualified Aviation professional engineering firms to provide planning, design, and construction administration services for aviation-related infrastructure and facilities at TSTC, including other related professional engineering services necessary to support airport infrastructure and operational requirements. The objective is to identify the most qualified supplier to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery in alignment with FAA Advisory Circulars, TxDOT Aviation Division requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

This procurement is classified as a professional service in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2254. As required by law, TSTC will evaluate responses based on demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services. Price will not be considered until after the most qualified supplier is selected.
