The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Respondents to develop financial and operational improvement resources and activities for Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) within the State of Texas as described in this Section I and in this solicitation. TDA’s objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
