Theproject involves the construction of a multi-lane roundabout at the JonesButler Road and Holleman Drive South intersection at North Dowling Road, alongwith an extension of Jones Butler Road to FM 2818. Improvements include sidewalks, traffic striping, trafficrail, screen fencing and concrete paving. Utilities include storm drainage improvements, wastewater and largediameter water line installation. Demolition of existing pavements, utilities,trees, fencing, etc. is included, as well as erosion control, restorativevegetation, and a traffic control plan. Allproposals shall follow the format provided by the City of College Station. TheCity is seeking a construction company with quality experience in road andutility reconstruction.
