📄Description

Through this Request for Offer (RFO), the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) seeks to procure a vendor to manage, modernize, and evolve our Texas.gov Websites and Texas by Texas digital assistant and native mobile environments to support eligible DIR Customers and Constituents through DIR’s Texas.gov Digital Government Services program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the qualifications listed in this RFO to submit proposals regarding their solutions and related Service offerings. All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
