Through this Request for Offer (“RFO”), the Texas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) seeks to procure Multi-Sourcing Services Integrator (“MSI”) Services for DIR’s Shared Technology Services (“STS”) program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the qualifications listed in this RFO to submit proposals in response to this RFO regarding their solutions and related service offerings (the submitting parties “Respondents” and the submissions “Responses”). All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
