The objective of this IFB isto solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide a Surveys and Forms SaaS Platform Tool to DIR. As a result of this IFB, DIR expects to receive andevaluate responses and select qualified vendor(s).
Only respond to thissolicitation for items conforming exactly to these specifications will beconsidered in determining an Award.
This IFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids >$100,000. Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed HSP or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
